Can we camp?

Absolutely – camping is free! Bring your tent, van or swag and make a weekend of it under the stars. Just be sure to let us know in your RSVP if you’ll be camping so we can plan accordingly (and save you a patch of grass!).

Are there creepy crawlies?

Oh yes – it’s the Aussie bush, after all! Expect bugs, spiders, and maybe a curious snake or two. Be smart: bring bug spray, a torch, and steer clear of the bushes after dark. You'll be fine – just no barefoot wandering into the wilderness, please!

Bringing the little ones?

We love kids – but please note the property has a dam, a billabong, and a pond, all unfenced. Safety first! If you’re bringing children, they’ll need to be supervised at all times to keep things safe and stress-free.

How do we get there on the big day?

We’ve got you! A small van will run from Bulahdelah to the venue on the wedding day, with a few return trips later in the night. Exact times and pickup/drop-off spots are still TBC, but we’ll keep you posted closer to the day. Please ensure to RSVP if you require this service.

What should we wear?

The vibe is cocktail attire, but keep in mind we’re celebrating in the country, on grass – so leave the stilettos at home and opt for comfy, stylish flats or block heels. Think dressy, but relaxed!

What about dietary requirements?

We’ve got all tastebuds covered! 🥦🍰 Please make sure to include any dietary requirements in your RSVP so we can make sure you’re well fed and happy on the day.

What’s the theme for the afterparty?

A themed afterparty is 100% happening – we’re just still figuring out the vibe. As soon as we lock it in, you’ll be the first to know so you can dress accordingly (and fabulously!).
